Impermanence reflects the ever-changing nature of life, where nothing stays fixed, yet everything is connected. Made with yellow chalk from Margate, white chalk from Hampshire, and oyster shells from the Isle of Mull, the painting carries the essence of time and transformation.

Collection Inspiration

Inspired by the beauty of the natural world—cloud formations, dappled light, and long evening shadows—the Transforming Karma collection explores the calming effects of being fully present. Influenced by Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings on mindful living, this collection reflects how practising awareness can transform our relationship with the Earth.

"Our life is a manifestation, and we can very well make that manifestation beautiful and meaningful, by transforming our karma."
—Thich Nhat Hanh, Love Letter to the Earth
